StrongFit Advanced Foundations November 21 - 25
This is our prep week leading up to the Moustache Open, the only day that is new/different is that some of you will be doing some lifting on Friday. For those competing, come in during class hours and perform the light lifts on Friday or at home if you have the equipment. Train as you normally would on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, then only do Oly on Thursday and Friday, followed by stretching and rolling out. I will update the blog with the schedule and weigh-in times, etc. as soon as they are posted.
