Kids Summer Camps
Join us for a week of movement, fun, and confidence-building!
Our camps (ages 5+) include CrossFit, gymnastics, games, crafts, and more—all designed to keep kids active, engaged, and learning new skills.

Classic CrossFit meets endurance races for all levels of fitness for an epic test of strength, endurance, and grit. The RUNble combines running, lifting, gymnastics, and obstacles into 3–5 high-energy fitness challenges—each paired with a 1km+ run.

GROUP FOUNDATIONS
Learn the basics in a dedicated 2-hour session with others new to CrossFit. Covers mechanics, safety & fundamentals.
Next session: Sunday June 8 10am-12pm
Includes: Unlimited classes for the rest of the week ($100 + gst)
PRIVATE FOUNDATIONS
Prefer 1-on-1 coaching? Work with a coach for your first 3 sessions to build confidence & master key movements.
Includes: Unlimited classes for the rest of the month ($225 + gst)

We also host Bring-A-Friend Days on special occasions—perfect for trying CrossFit with a buddy! But no need to wait—you can drop in for your free class anytime.
