Join us Sundays for Summer Bootcamp—an 8-week, once-a-week full-body burner built around rotating interval stations. From sled drags and wall balls to tire flips, carries, and core work, each session blends strength and cardio in a high-energy, indoor/outdoor-style circuit.
Every week brings something new—but the goal stays the same: challenge your limits, build fitness, and have fun doing it.

Curious about lifting? Want to build confidence with the barbell?
Join us for Learn to Lift, our 2-hour Foundations-style session focused on Olympic lifting technique. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting a refresher.

Challenge yourself and stay consistent this summer! Sign up and get placed on a team—then complete weekly workouts to help earn points for your crew. Expect scalable workouts, a bit of friendly competition, weekly leaderboard updates, team energy and support, prizes, and the inaugural Summer League trophy!

GROUP FOUNDATIONS
Learn the basics in a dedicated 2-hour session with others new to CrossFit. Covers mechanics, safety & fundamentals.
Next session: Sunday July 6 10am-12pm (Weightlifting Focus)

PRIVATE FOUNDATIONS
Prefer 1-on-1 coaching? Work with a coach for your first 3 sessions to build confidence & master key movements.
