Fitness is more fun with friends! Join us for Bring-A-Friend Days — a chance for members to share the experience and energy of our community. These special days are open to all adult, kids, and virtual classes. Bring someone who’s been curious about CrossFit, or just wants to move, sweat, and smile with you. No experience necessary — just good vibes and a willingness to try something new.

Spots are limited in each class, so make sure to sign up early!

Learn the basics in a dedicated 2-hour session with others new to CrossFit. Covers mechanics, safety & fundamentals.
