Classic CrossFit meets endurance races for all levels of fitness for an epic test of strength, endurance, and grit. The RUNble combines running, lifting, gymnastics, and obstacles into 3–5 high-energy fitness challenges—each paired with a 1km+ run. Are you ready to rise to the challenge?

We’re bringing back the Tri, Quad, and Penta divisions, so whether you’re looking for a solid test of fitness or an all-out endurance battle, there’s a division for you.

Run, Row, or Bike!

Not a runner? No problem. We’re once again offering the option to ROW or BIKE between events instead of running—but spots are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis on registration. This was a game-changer for many teams last year, and we’re excited to continue making the event more accessible for all athletes.

VOLUNTEERS

Volunteers are instrumental in bringing this great event together! We are looking for people to help with judging, registration, running course directors and more.
