Our Kids Weightlifting Program, designed for youngsters who are passionate about weightlifting or seeking additional training time. 

Similar to our adult competitor program, the kids program aims to provide dedicated coaching, specialized competition training, and extra programming to enhance your child's athletic development. This program runs 3 day per week, and can be a stand alone or in addition to other CrossFit Kids classes.

We are confident that this expansion will not only add value to your child's fitness journey but also foster a sense of camaraderie and accomplishment within our growing community. We look forward to seeing your young athletes thrive this season!
