Kids Weightlifting

Our Kids Weightlifting Program, designed for youngsters who are passionate about weightlifting or seeking additional training time. Classes run 90-120 min and are all about developing general physical preparedness with a focus on giving kids the direction to learn/explore Weightlifting.

Future Lifter, designed for kids who are just starting out in the world of weightlifting, using it to cross train for another sport, or looking to add some additional strength work into their training. These classes are 60min on week days and 90 min on Saturday. During training they will learn foundational lifts as well as Olympic lifts, as well as end each session with a workout or additional accessory work.

Our Competitor class is designed for kids who are currently competing in the sport of weightlifting. Classes are 90-120 min, the additional time allows for more technical work, drills, and one on one coaching. The kids Competitor class is a Weightlifting and CrossFit hybrid. On Mondays and Wednesdays they get 60 min of weightlifting and 30 min for CrossFit/accessory. Saturdays they get 90 min of weightlifting and 30 min for CrossFit/accessory.
