Our members span across three generations, but they all share the same whiteboard. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey, looking to refine your skills, or need a new challenge, our CrossFit classes are designed for every level.
Find a safe space with us, knowing you have a coach looking out for your physical safety and a community that will support you every step of the way. Every class is led by an experienced coach who helps tailor the workout to your level, ensuring progress while keeping you safe.

How We Get You Started
We know starting something new can feel intimidating. That’s why we offer multiple ways to get started—so you can choose what works best for you.
Try Your First Class—FREE!
Curious about CrossFit but not sure if it's for you? Your first class is on us! Whether you're brand new or looking to get back into it, experience what makes our community special.
We also host Bring-A-Friend Days on special occasions—perfect for trying CrossFit with a buddy! But no need to wait—you can drop in for your free class anytime.
New to CrossFit?
We offer two great options to help you begin your journey with confidence:
group Foundations
Kickstart your CrossFit journey with others who are just getting started! Our 2-hour session (held outside of regular class times) covers the fundamentals, mechanics, and safety of CrossFit.
NEXT SESSION: Sunday, March 23 | 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
After your session, you’ll get a full week of unlimited classes to put what you’ve learned into action!
⚪ $100 + GST (includes your intro week)
🟣 No commitment after your first week—just see if it’s for you!
Private Foundations
Prefer a more personalized approach? Work one-on-one with a coach for your first four classes, learning the key movements, understanding the Workout of the Day (WOD), and gaining confidence in a class setting.
Once you complete your private sessions, you’ll get unlimited classes for the rest of the month to keep building your momentum!

If you have at least one year of CrossFit experience and are looking for a new gym, we want to make it easy for you. Your first month is on us—no strings attached.

In town and need a place to train? We’d love to have you! Whether you're here for a day or staying a little longer, we have options to keep you moving while you're away from your home gym.
