Doubles @ 60 - 70 - 80%
Singles @ 85 - 90%
Maximum 10lb increases until max

Rest until everyone is done

Build to 1RM Deadlift
Doubles @ 60 - 70 - 80%
Singles @ 85 - 90%
Maximum 20lb increases until max

For those with less than 6 months experience, the coach will guide you to build to a technical 5RM

*can wear belts, sleeves, etc.
