In groups of 3, one person working at a time:
50-40-30-20-10-20-30-40-50
DB Thrusters/Front Squats @ 35/50
Pull-ups/Ring Rows - can be banded, boxed, kipping, or strict

*At the top of each minute, one teammate must do 5 burpees.

Pairs do: 40-30-20-10-20-30-40
