Kettlebell Classes starting Monday, July 27th

This Kettlebell class will be perfect for beginners - intermediate, the focus will be on quality movement while developing strength & endurance safely.  If you have been training kettlebell at home this is a great chance to get a coaches eye to help improve your at home practice!

Classes will run for seven weeks and are part of the StrongFit membership, no add-on charges beyond your monthly fee or use of passes.

Classes will be running at 7pm on the following days:

Wednesday, August 12th
Monday, August 17th
Monday, August 24th
