Every 15 Mins x 2 Rounds:

800m Run
50/35 Cal Echo Bike / 60/40 Calorie Bike Erg
40/30 Calorie Row
20 Dumbbell Burpees @ 50/35

Complete the work in under 12 minutes so that you have a minimum of 3 minutes of rest before starting the next round. Dumbbell Burpees = holding onto dumbbells while laying on the ground and then standing up (no jumping up). Option to increase calories on bike and row if unable to run.
