Expect this chipper-style workout to take up to 25 minutes to complete, scale to keep it within that time limit. Each run can be subbed for a 750m Row = 1800m Echo Bike = 1500m Erg Bike. Scale chest-to-bar pull-ups to be completed in under 2 minutes for each set and snatches to be done in under 3 minutes.
