In Plank: 1 DB Row (left) + 1 Push-up + 1 DB Row (right) + 1 Push-up
Into: Burpee + Clean + Thruster

Strength

3 Clean Deadlifts + 2 Clean Pulls
5 x 2 Every 2 Minutes, building to technical loads

*Keep hips low as though you are doing a clean each time
