3 Double-Dumbbell Front Squats @ 50/35
3 Chest-To-Bar Pull-ups
3 Box Jump Overs @ 24/20
6 Double-Dumbbell Front Squats
6 Chest-To-Bar Pull-ups
6 Box Jump Overs

Details

1) 4 sets of 5 deadlifts @ 70% then 1 set of max reps at 70% (5-10 reps)
2) start with 3 reps for each movement, continue adding 3 reps until 12 minutes is up
