Details
1) If you do not have a 1RM, build to a heavy technical single following the rep scheme. Rest as needed
2) 4 sets of 5 reps at 70% followed by one set of max reps at the same weight
3) ALL-OUT effort to finish 50 calories for time. WR times: 24s for men, 68s for women.
