Details

1) Pick a movement and strategize a plan to complete 10 rounds as quickly as possible. Jumping Muscle-ups and Pull-ups will work here.

2) These do not have to be unbroken, treat them as building up to a moderate load, focusing on positions.

3) Reduce reps of CTB and BJO to have a minimum of 6 snatches per round. Allow for at least 5s at the end of the round to prepare to start the next round.
