Work

1) Every Minute Until 30 Reps:
1 Unbroken Set of Ring Muscle-ups / Bar Muscle-ups / Strict Pull-ups

2) 10 Minute EMOM:
1 Power Snatch / Power Clean

3) “Marston”
20 Minute AMRAP:
1 Deadlift @ 405/285
10 Toes-To-Bar
15 Bar-Facing Burpees

Details:

1) looking to finish 30 reps in 5-10 minutes, do 3-6 reps per minute until work is complete
2) build to technical loads and stay there
3) Deadlift max 85% of 1RM, TTB scaled to 1 minute or less, recovery pace on burpees. Aiming for 6-8 rounds.
