Fri Apr 1 "Bar Hopping"

Workout of the day

1) Squat Snatch/Clean Ladder

For Time: 10-8-6-4-2 @ 50-60-70-77-85%

2) Back Squats

Build to heavy set of 5 then do 10 unbroken reps @ 50%

3) 50 Calorie Echo Bike For Time

Stimulus

1) Keep the rep scheme the same and adjust percentages to aim for a 10 minute workout. Can be power snatches or power cleans as well.

2) Build in sets of 5, rest as needed. Not looking for a max set, just heavy.

3) Re-test: we’ve done this before, look at your notes to see what your average RPM was and try to maintain that for the first 3/4 of this workout. Then, push the pace.
