1) Build according to percentages or build to a heavy double for the day (no misses)

2) Another quick one (10 minute cap), you can sub the runs with a 1200/1000m bike or 500/400m Row. Snatches should be done around 1.5 minutes (drop singles or touch-and-go if maintainable)
