400m Run
Max Unbroken Strict Presses @ 60% of 1RM
Stimulus
1) Doing sets of 5, build to 50% then taper to a heavy single following a decreasing rep scheme of 4-3-2-1-1-1..
2) Take 60% of your recent 1RM strict press and do max unbroken sets after each 400m run. Focus on not leaning back in the press or bending knees, finish with a pause overhead (bar over heels)
