Move

Stimulus

1) You will complete all three sets of squats at the same weight. This weight should feel quite heavy. Focus on driving up with the chest and not tipping to the toes.

2) Partition this workout however you want, but choose sets that will allow you to cycle quickly between movements and not rest a large amount after each. Hands must touch the top of the box for Get Overs. A manageable way to break this up would following the Move side and omitting the rest for 9 rounds. This should allow you to move between the movements quick easily.
