Stimulus

1) Start light and build across the sets or get to 87% and do all four sets there. No drop singles

2) Repeat workout from Jan 1, 2022. Break up into manageable sets (sparing your grip, lower back, and core) with the aim of doing the sets of 5-4-3-2-1 unbroken
