15 Minute AMRAP:
3 Wall Walks
12 Alternating DB Snatches @ 50/35
15 Box Jump Overs @ 24/20

Details

Take a short break between wall walks and be quick to touch lines to reduce shoulder fatigue. Arms should be straight and reach lines in as large of steps as manageable. DB Snatches and BBJO should be done in a steady breathing pace, resting as needed. For those pushing the pace, aim for a 1:30-2:00 round with fast transitions. BBJO standards now require you to step down (no repetitive BBJO).
