1) Lets talk some strategy. The number of burpees and dumbbell clean-to-overheads increases by three with each round, so it's important to begin at a moderate intensity to avoid early fatigue. Maintaining a consistent pace throughout the workout and gradually increasing effort is key. Efficient transitions between movements will help conserve energy, especially during burpees and dumbbell movements. For the burpees, ensure both feet clear the dumbbell and your chest and thighs touch the ground at the bottom. For the dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads, use a jerk to move the dumbbell overhead, alternating arms to manage fatigue. The walking lunges provide a chance for active recovery—take them slowly and focus on controlled breathing to prepare for the next round. Throughout the workout, aim for smooth movement patterns and avoid unnecessary bursts of speed.
