Workout of the day

1) Back Squats: 5 x 2 building

Move

Every 2 Minutes x 10 Rounds:
1 Minute Bike or Row
1 Round of “Cindy” @ 4-8-12 or 3-6-9

2) “Time After Time”

On the 2:00 x 10 Rounds:
600/500m Echo Bike (Or 200m Run)
Max Rounds of “Cindy”

“Cindy”
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats

Stimulus

1) Starting at 50%, continue adding weight for five sets resting as needed

2) Start each round with a buy-in bike (roughly 1 minute) followed by as many rounds of “Cindy” as possible, aiming to complete one round in each interval. Modify movements and reps as needed
