Workout of the day

1) 5 Min EMOM Each (15 Minutes Total):
2 Bench Press: Building Across Sets
2 Rope Climbs (Or Strict Pull-Ups)
2 Squat Cleans: Building Across Sets

Move
4 Minute AMRAP, 4 Minute Rest x 3 Rounds:
2 Minute Row For Calories
1 Minute Power Cleans
1 Minute Burpee + Air Squat

2) “Doce”
4 Minute AMRAP, 4 Minute Rest x 3 Rounds:
27/21 Calorie Row
21 Power Cleans
15 Burpee Box Jump Overs @ 24/20

*Power Clean Weights:
R1: 135/95, R2: 115/85, R3: 95/65

Stimulus

1) Build to a heavy bench following a 5 minute EMOM, do 2 rope climbs EMOM, build to a heavy double clean following a 5 minute EMOM. BLB athletes should be attempting Day 1 weights

2) Work hard to get through a round for each interval as you will get lots of recovery time. Reduce weight on power cleans and work from hang to get through them faster if needed
