Workout of the day

1) Build to Heavy Double Snatch (Not Touch & Go)

2) “Riptide”
3 Rounds For Time:
500m Row
12 Overhead Squats @ 135/95
21 Toes to Bar

Stimulus

1) On a 20 minute clock, build to a heavy set of 2 snatches (your preference of power or squat). Work from the hang if you are working on getting under the bar.

2) Meant to be quick, push the pace on sets of squats and TTB and recover on the row. Each round should take ~4 minutes or less, scale accordingly.
