14 Minute AMRAP:

5 Knee-Raises
4 (Burpee + Jumping Air Squats)
8 Alt. DB Snatches

2) “Hallucinate”

14 Minute AMRAP:
5 Strict Pull-ups
5 Strict Toes-To-Bar
4 Burpee Box Jumps @ 30/24
8 Alternating DB Snatches @ 70/50

Stimulus

1) Take your time in building to a heavy single for the day. Even with a good warm-up, use the first few reps to dial in what you want your technique to feel like for the day. Pause in the bottom for those early sets to feel the balance and shoulder position that you want for your heaviest snatch

2) If you were not here yesterday, substitute the 5 pull-ups and 5 strict TTB for 2 rope climbs. Select weights and scalings that allow you to finish a round every 2-2.5 minutes
