3 Sets at Heaviest Technical Set

21 Push-ups / Elevated Push-ups

15 Push-ups / Elevated Push-ups
10 Calorie Bike
9 Push-ups / Elevated Push-ups

21 Hand Release Push-ups
20 Calorie Bike
15 Strict Ring Dips
10 Calorie Bike
9 Strict Handstand Push-ups

Stimulus

1) Build to a heavy technical weight of the complex then rest as needed to perform two additional sets at that weight

2) Lots of pressing, make sure to do small sets at the start and continue with smaller sets as you go through more challenging movements. Bike can be at a higher intensity as you will get rest on the pressing movements. 30 minute cap.
