Workout of the day

1) Squat Snatch: Following a 12 minute EMOM, build to a heavy single

2) Every 2.5 Minutes x 6 Rounds do 5 Deadlifts (building)

Move
18 Minute AMRAP:
5 Deadlifts
30 Skips (or 1 minute practice)
15 Wallballs

3) “Autobot”
18 Minute AMRAP:
9 Deadlifts @ 225/155
60 Double-Unders
30 Wallballs @ 20/14

Stimulus

1) Starting at a light load, attempt to build to a heavy single snatch or clean in 12 minutes

2) Build to a a heavy set of 5 deadlifts, doing one set every 2.5 minutes

3) Break up as needed to keep moving. Aim for 1 round every 3-4 minutes, plan ahead based on how many deadlifts and wallballs you’ll be doing if you want to be less sore
