1) Strict Press: 4-6 Sets x 1-3 Reps @ 70-75%

Move

Every 2 Minutes x 10 Rounds:
600/500m Echo Bike
3 DB Power Cleans
3 DB Front Squats
3 DB Push Presses
Rest remainder of 2 minutes

2) “Oooh Yeah”

Every 2 Minutes x 10 Rounds:
600m Echo Bike
AMRAP “Macho Man” @ 135/95

“Macho Man”:
3 Power Cleans
3 Front Squats
3 Push Jerks

Stimulus

1) No pauses for strict presses, build and chip away at sets

2) Bike should be finished around 1 minute, load barbell for complex so that you can complete them unbroken. Carry on where you left off previously in the barbell complex
