Workout of the day
Today’s the day where you get to choose your own movements and build to a max! It will be difficult to fit in more than 2-3 movements to complete within the hour so plan ahead and select from the following:
1) CrossFit Total: Back Squat + Strict Press + Deadlift
2) Weightlifting Total: Snatch + Clean & Jerk
3) Powerlifting Total: Back Squat + Bench Press + Deadlift
4) You can also select a strength exercise such as front squats, push press, push jerk, overhead squat, sumo deadlift, clean, power snatch, or any other commonly performed movements from our program
BONUS: If you want to dress up for Halloween, today’s the day to do it! Come up with something fun, creative, crazy, or spooky and you might just win a prize :)
