2) “Smoke & Mirrors”

20 Minute AMRAP:
200m Run
Max Unbroken Push-ups
200m Run
Max Unbroken Toes-To-Bar

Stimulus

1) Aim to increase loads over previous weeks at the expense of sets, reps, and time under tension

2) Do not go to failure on push-ups but work hard here for large sets. Aim for a minimum of five reps in each round, modifying as needed
