Details

1) Starting ~40% build to a 7RM, then build to a 5RM, then build to a 3RM

2) Thrusters done at around 50-60% of previous 3RM to a maximum of 95/65lbs, pull-ups should be able to complete reps in sets of 15+. Aiming for a 2-8 minute workout
