Move

1) Bench Press: Build to heavy set of 3, should have 1-2 reps in reserve

2) Every Minute x 10 Minutes:

2 Hang Power Cleans + 2 Push Presses

Train

1) Bench Press: Max Reps @ 90% (technical failure)

2) “Quarterfinals Workout 4”

10 Minute AMRAP:

10 Clean & Jerks @ 135/85
Rest 1 Minute
10 Clean & Jerks @ 185/125
Rest 1 Minute
10 Clean & Jerks @ 225/155
Rest 1 Minute
Max Reps Clean & Jerks @ 245/165

Stimulus

1) Build to 90% in sets of 3 and then do as many reps as possible, stopping before failure

2) Final quarterfinals workout. Select four different weights of clean and jerks with the last weight at below 90% of your 1RM. Each 10 reps is completed for time, to be followed by 1 minute of rest. At the fourth weight, aim to get as many reps as possible before the 10 minutes is up
