Workout of the day

1) 30 Wall Walks For Time (Or 15 Gym Length Bear Crawls)

2) 1 Mile Run For Time (Or 2000m Row)

3) Front Squats: 5 x 2 building to heavy

Stimulus

1) Treat this as a warm-up, skill development, or test yourself. 5 Minute cap

2) Max effort run or row (for best time, not “fly-and-die”). Aim for under 10 minutes; scale distances

3) With whatever energy you have left, build to a heavy double front squat
