Move

30 Minute EMOM:
5 Medicine Ball Squats
3 Push-ups
1 Hang Power Clean

2) “Holleyman”

30 Rounds For Time:
5 Wallballs @ 20/14
3 Handstand Push-ups
1 Power Clean @ 225/155

Stimulus

1) Practice clean and jerks here, keeping to moderate weights if you do not have percentages to go off of

2) You should be able to complete all rounds unbroken and in under 30s. Option to follow the clock and perform this workout as an EMOM
