Move

3 Minute AMRAP x 5 Rounds:
3 DB Power Cleans
6 Push-ups
9 DB Thrusters

Rest 1 Minute Between Rounds
And Continue Where You Left Off

1) “Big Clean Complex” (12 Reps):
3-Position Clean + 1 Push Press
3-Position Clean + 1 Push Jerk
3-Position Clean + 1 Jerk

2) “CFO”

3 Minute AMRAP x 5 Rounds:
3 Power Cleans @ 135/95
6 Handstand Push-ups
9 Wallballs @ 20/14

Rest 1 Minute Between Rounds
And Continue Where You Left Off

Stimulus

1) Hang on for all 12 reps without dropping the bar as you chip away at squat cleans and three different shoulder-to-overhead movements. This will be tough due to the sheer volume, don’t expect heavy weights

2) AMRAP Repeats, carrying on where you left off from the previous round
