Workout of the day

1) Dead-Stop Deadlifts: 5-5-5-4-4-4-3-3-3 building to a heavy triple

Family Day Workout

15 Minute AMRAP:
10 Sit-ups
10 Push-ups
10 Kettlebell Deadlifts
10 x 25’ Shuttle Runs

2) “Dinosaur”

45 Toes-To-Bar
45 Kettlebell Jerks @ 24/16
45 Deadlifts @ 225/155
45 Handstand Push-ups

Stimulus

1) Stop on the ground but keep your hands on the bar between each rep. Start around 65% and then build to a heavy triple for the day

2) 15 Minute Cap - this will be a tough workout to get through within the time cap. Reduce weights and alternate between toes-to-bar and high-knees to keep moving. The kettlebell will start with palms facing your chest and finish overhead with palms facing away from you. Each component should not take longer than 4-5 minutes, scale accordingly
