Stimulus

Goal is to complete as many reps as possible of deadlifts and push-ups but each 5 minute interval starts with a buy-in of wallballs. Weights of deadlifts should increase along with increasing difficulty of push-ups. After the 25 minutes is done, you will have 10 minutes to build to a heavy set of 5 back squats (we will warm these up beforehand)
