5 Minute AMRAP:
10 Thrusters @ 95/65
10 Bar-Facing Burpees
10 Power Cleans @ 95/65
10 Bar-Facing Burpees
10 Hang Power Snatches @ 95/65
10 Bar-Facing Burpees

Stimulus

1) If you do not have a 1RM then build to a heavy technical single for the day

2) Work hard and fast as this is a very short AMRAP. Select weights that allow for unbroken sets and come out hot
