3 Push Jerks
Max Bar-Facing Burpees

Stimulus
1) Build to a heavy set of 3 push presses, resting as needed. Focus on a shallow dip-drive through flat feet, leaving the bar on the shoulders until after extension
2) Get through the barbell work quickly and chip away at as many burpees as you can in the time remaining. Give yourself a few seconds before the end of each round to catch your breath. Goal is to maintain the number of burpees vs. coming out hot. Load to keep all reps unbroken
