1) Snatch: 5(2 Squat Snatches + 1 Low Hang Snatch + 1 OHS @ 75%)

10 OH Plate Lunges
20 Alternating DB Power Snatches
40 Single Skips

2) “Starting Over”
15 Minute AMRAP:
15 Overhead Squats @ 95/65
30 DB Hang Power Snatches @ 50/35
60 Double-Unders

Stimulus

1) All sets done at 75%, substitute with cleans if unable to go overhead

2) Select a weight for OHS that can be done unbroken, switch hands every 5 reps for DB snatches, max 2 minute on DUs
