20 Dumbbell Front Rack Lunge

Stimulus
1) Looking to keep moving in this workout, limiting each movement to roughly 60-90s at most. Modify HSPU to pike HSPU off of a box or reduce height and number of reps. Try to incorporate some DU attempts if doing the “Move” workout (ie every 5th or 10th skip), lunges should be completed in 1-2 sets at most.

Today we are revisiting a large number of burpees, to be followed by consuming steaks and wine (or whatever your favorites may be) to commemorate Anton Schouten’s 63rd birthday on Tuesday, March 22nd. If this is a repeat workout for you, reflect back on how it felt in the past, what your level of activity is now compared to then, and consider trying it yourself or split it amongst friends or family.
