20 Front Squats @ 115/85
20 Bar-Facing Burpees
20 Push Press @ 115/85
20 Bar-Facing Burpees
20 Thruster @ 115/85

Stimulus

1) Looking to find your heaviest set of 5 for the day. Focus on hips descending down and back and torso as upright as possible

2) This is a grindy chipper that will burn the shoulders and legs. Move at a steady pace and break up barbell movements into 2-3 sets as needed to do so
