Mon Nov 14 "Kaleidoscope"

Workout of the day

1) Back Squats: Build to a heavy single using the following warm-up:
Starting at 50% take 10-5% increases until you are at your max, resting ~3 minutes toward the end

Move

Every Minute On The Minute x 10:
3-5 Burpees (max 30s)
5-10 DB Front Squats
*you should aim to get at least 10s of rest each round

2) “Kaleidoscope”

For Time:
40 Front Squats @ 95/65
30 Front Squats @ 115/85
20 Front Squats @ 135/95
10 Front Squats @ 155/105

*at the start and EMOM do 5 Bar-Facing Burpees

Stimulus

1) Today is the start of our test week. Use previous week’s numbers to build to a new 1RM. Use spotters as needed

2) Select weights that allow for large sets. Each round of squats will take 2-3 minutes, time cap of 15 minutes
