Workout of the day

1) Deadlift: 3-4 Sets x 1-2 Reps @ 85-90%

2) “Electric Triangle”

10 Rounds For Reps:
Minute 1: Max Calorie Row
Minute 2: Max Calorie Echo Bike
Minute 3: Max 25’ Shuttle Runs
Minute 4: Rest

Stimulus

1) Getting heavier each week, decrease reps as needed to hit your percentages

2) Build in intensity in order to maximize reps (rather than crashing and burning after a hot first round). Sub shuttle runs for walk or burpees :)
