1) Changing things up this week by pausing 1” off the shoulders during the ascent of the bar. Focus on maintaining all positions while working at this moment then have a strong finish to the rep

2) You can rest before attempting each set of push jerks and muscle-ups in order to get a few reps in. Aiming for a minimum of 3 and if scaling, a maximum of 10
