“Second Act”

In Pairs, for a 30 Minute AMRAP:
400m Run (Or 1000m Bike)
200’ Farmers Carry @ 50/35
100 Abmat Sit-ups
50 Burpees

Stimulus

400m Run: this is done together, can bike 1000m instead of run or your partner can run while you bike
200’ Farmers Carry: one person at a time, in 50’ sections (2 x 25’ in the gym), trade off as needed
100 Abmat Sit-ups: one person working at a time, feet can be achored
50 Burpees: Can work at the same time, share reps (ie partner 1 can do 20 while partner 2 does 30)
