Workout of the day

“Family Day”

With a partner, do 7 Minutes on, 1 Minute off of the following:

  • Sled Pushes + Air Squats:

    • 2 gym width sled pushes followed by 30 air squats

  • Rope Climbs + Double-Unders

    • 1 x 15’ rope climb and 50 double-unders

  • Wall Walks + Box Jump-Overs

    • 3 Wall-Walks and 15 Box Jump-Overs

Stimulus

Sled pushes should be at a walking pace (feel free to take turns with your partner riding the sled!) and air squats should be slow and steady. Do a maximum of 30 air squats each round and rest until your partner is back.

Rope climbs can be seated or laying or you can attempt footholds with 1-3 pulls (should take less than 1 minute). Skipping can be singles, also taking less than 1 minute.

Wall Walks can be inchworms or replace with 10 handstand push-ups/push-ups with 15 box jump or step-overs.
