2) Back Squats
4 x 3 @ 83% - 1 x Max Reps @ 83%

3) 20s On, 40s Off x 8 Rounds For Max Echo Bike Calories

Details

1) Rest as needed, build to heavy technical single if you do not have a 1RM

2) Same as above, aiming for 5-10 reps for last set

3) 90% sprint on 20s of work, keep legs moving for 40s
