1) Deadlifts: 3 x 1 @ 93%

2) “Damn Diane”

3 Rounds:
15 Deadlifts @ 315/205
15 Strict Deficit Handstand Push-ups @ 3.5/2”

Stimulus

1) Build to 93% following a 5-4-3-2-1-1-1.. protocol and then do 3 sets of 1 at that weight

2) Max of 75% on the deadlift weight and then chip away at small sets of both movements. 10 minute cap
